White Wine Margarita

Adapted From Prairie Californian
Ingredients
Juice of 4 to 5 limes
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup sugar
4 ounces (4 shots) Cointreau
1 bottle of white wine (We recommend the Great Shoals Pinot Gris - the notes of citrus compliment the other ingredients)
Salt and limes to garnish
Instructions
Combine the citrus juices, orange juice concentrate, and sugar in a pitcher and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Stir in the Cointreau and wine.
Pour into salt rimmed (optional) glasses over a few ice cubes.
Garnish with lime. Enjoy!
Notes: This can be made up to one day ahead of time. Be sure to stir well before pouring.

Ingredients
1.5 oz vodka
4 oz Ginger Hard Apple Cider from Great Shoals Cellars
Lime slice garnish
Traditional copper mug (optional)
Instructions
Pour vodka over ice.
Add Ginger Hard Apple Cider.
Garnish with lime. Enjoy!
Notes: Ginger Hard Apple Cider has less carbonation than traditional ginger beer, making this classic drink a bit smoother for sipping.
