White Wine Margarita

White Wine Margarita - Great Shoals Pinot Gris is the perfect base!

Adapted From Prairie Californian

Ingredients

  1. Juice of 4 to 5 limes

  2. Juice of 2 lemons

  3. 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate

  4. 1/4 cup sugar

  5. 4 ounces (4 shots) Cointreau

  6. 1 bottle of white wine (We recommend the Great Shoals Pinot Gris - the notes of citrus compliment the other ingredients)

  7. Salt and limes to garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the citrus juices, orange juice concentrate, and sugar in a pitcher and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

  2. Stir in the Cointreau and wine.

  3. Pour into salt rimmed (optional) glasses over a few ice cubes.

  4. Garnish with lime. Enjoy!

Notes: This can be made up to one day ahead of time. Be sure to stir well before pouring.
